Hello! My name is David Hope. My family has been a part of the Northern Michigan area for over 100 years. I was born and raised in the Indian River area, and graduated from Inland Lakes High School. I then attended Central Michigan University where I received my degree in Business Administration specializing in Hospitality Service Administration. After graduating I worked as a restaurant manager for Taco Bell, then for La Senorita Mexican Restaurants. I left the restaurant field and worked for a time as a welding foreman for Gilbert/Southern Corp. extending subway track in Atlanta, Georgia. After I left there I joined Western Concrete Products as a salesman, and was there for over 7 years before I received my Real Estate License.
I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy the many benefits of living in Northern Michigan. I am a member of the Indian River Sportsman´s Club, Whitetails Unlimited, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. I feel that our Natural Resources should be protected to ensure their continued enjoyment by future generations.
As a young man my family instilled in me the benefits of hard work, honesty, sacrifice, and family values. I grew up in a family where a handshake and your word was all you needed to seal a deal. I still believe in this and if I make a promise I will do whatever it takes to make sure it is honored.
So if you are looking for an agent that will listen to your needs, tell you the truth (even if it is not what you want to hear), and work hard to achieve your goals, please contact me.
